Thurrock Mind
Thurrock Mind is an independent organisation, affiliated to National Mind, and was founded in 1980 by a group of people interested in developing services in the community to support those with mental health problems.
Thurrock Mind aims to promote positive mental health and relief from emotional distress through the provision of a variety of community based services. All services are developed with input from the people who use them, and seek to provide support to all sectors of society, regardless of age, religion, race or ethnicity.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - Counselling & Group Work:
Monday to Thursday – 9am to 9pm
Saturday’s – 9am to 1pm - Day Services – 365 days a year
Monday to Sunday – 9am to 5pm - Day Services Client opening hours
